Garlic Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

2 Pounds Red Potatoes
4 Ounces Butter
1.75 Ounces Romano Cheese
2 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 Or 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream

DIRECTIONS:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 40 minutes; drain. Stir in butter, cheese, garlic, salt and oregano. Mash with a potato masher. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of sour cream until you have desired texture.
