Creme De Menthe Topping

1 Cup

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Andes Creme De Menthe Chips
1 Tablespoon Butter

DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a 2-cup microwaveable measuring cup.

Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir. Microwave an additional 45 seconds. Stir until the chips are completely melted and the mixture is thoroughly combined.

Serve over ice cream. Store any remaining topping in refrigerator.
