Shrimp Creole

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Green Bell Peppers, Diced
1/2 Cup Celery, Diced
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
14 Ounces Canned Tomatoes
8 Ounces Tomato Sauce
1 Dash Hot Sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 1/2 Pounds Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
Green Onions, For Garnish


Preheat crockpot on high.

In saute pan, heat olive oil. Add peppers, onions and celery. Cook until softened. Add chili powder and saute until caramelized. Remove from heat and pour into crockpot. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire, sugar, salt and pepper.

Cook for 3 hours. Add shrimp and cook for about 3-5 minutes until shrimp is done. Serve over rice. Top with chopped green onions
