29 Ounces Golden Hominy, Drained
4 Ounces Chopped Green Chiles, Undrained
1/2 Cup Onion, Choppped
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into 1-Inch Pieces
14 1/2 Ounces Tomatoes, Undrained And Diced
29 Ounces Chicken Broth
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
Sour Cream


Place hominy, chile peppers, onion, garlic, chicken, tomatoes, chicken broth, organo, and cumin in crockpot. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Garnish each serving with sour cream.
