Grilled Vidalia Onions

INGREDIENTS:

1 Vidalia Onion
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Beef Or Mushroom Base

DIRECTIONS:

Cut the top off of each onion. Halve onion, cutting vertically from top to bottom. Dig out a small portion of the middle of each half. Put 1/2 tablespoon butter in each half. Top with 1/2 teaspoon of beef or mushroom base. Wrap the onion completely in foil and grill until the onion is very tender, 30-40 minutes.
