Grill Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

6 Red Potatoes
Butter
Vidalia Onion, Chopped
1/3 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
Cheddar Cheese, Grated

DIRECTIONS:

Boil red potatoes. Cool 1 hour until cool, cube. Put dabs of butter in foil. Add cubed potatoes, onion, bell pepper, salt and cheese. Grill potatoes 30 minutes to 1 hour.
