Roasted Spicy Potato Wedges

INGREDIENTS:

4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 1/2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Teaspoon Salt
4 Russet Potatoes

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut potatoes in half lenthwise and cut each half into 4 wedges. Toss with oil and seasonings and place potatoes in a single layer on a jelly roll pan. Drizzle with remaining oil mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Loosen potatoes with a spatula and turn. Bake about 20 more minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and outside is brown and crispy.
