Grilled Stuffed Pork Loin

INGREDIENTS:

4-5 Pounds Pork Loin
Stove Top Stuffing, Pork Flavor
Salt, To Taste
Pepper, To Taste
2 Cloves Garlic, Peeled And Thinly Sliced

DIRECTIONS:

"Preheat grill for 20 minutes (to roughly 400 degrees).

Prepare stuffing according to package instructions.

Cut pork loin in half lengthwise.

Place bottom half of pork loin on heavy duty aluminum foil. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Layer one inch of prepared stuffing on top of bottom layer. Place top half of pork loin on top of stuffing. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Using a paring knife cut small slits in top of pork loin. Stuff with garlic slices.

Wrap and seal assembled roast. Wrap and seal a second time, keeping ""seams"" on opposite sides.

Place double-wrapped roast on hot grill. Grill for 20 minutes. Turn over and grill for 20 more minutes."
