Steffani’s Special Sloppy Joes

4 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

2 Pounds Ground Chuck
1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
Salt, To Taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
8 Ounces Tomato Sauce
3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 Cup Steffani’s Sweet Barbecue Sauce
4 Hamburger Buns

DIRECTIONS:

Brown ground chuck in a large skillet with bell peppers and garlic until ground chuck is no longer pink. Drain if there is excess fat in the skillet.

Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and barbecue sauce to the skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes. Serve on hamburger bun.
