Country Breakfast Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 Pound Sausage
1 9 Inch Pie Shell
1-1/2 Cups Swiss Cheese, Shredded
1/4 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
1/4 Cup Red Pepper, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Onion, Chopped
4 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
1 Cup Half And Half

DIRECTIONS:

"Cook sausage until done. Crumble, then drain. Prepare 9"" pie shell. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in shell. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour in shell. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool on rack 10 minutes. "
