Either-Or Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

4 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
1 Cup Almond Flour
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
4 Eggs
1 2/3 Cups Splenda
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Pecans, Chopped

DIRECTIONS:

"Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 13"" x 9"" baking pan. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. In a small bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs until thick and light in color. Gradually beat in sugar until blended. Add vanilla, oil and chocolate and mix well. Stir in flour mixture. Fold in nuts, if desired. Spread batter into prepared pan and bake 20 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted 1-1/2 inches from center comes out clean. Set on a wire rack and cool in pan. Cut into 32 squares.
