Crustless Brownie Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Splenda
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Butter
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/2 Cup Zucchini, Grated

DIRECTIONS:

Combine first 8 ingredients and beat until well blended. Stir in pecans. Spread batter evenly in a greased 9-inch pie plate.

Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Serve warm with Splenda sweetened whipped cream or a scoop of low carb ice cream.
