Egg And Sausage Pie

INGREDIENTS:

8 Ounces Sausage
8 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
2 Tablespoons Parsley
3/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan or glass dish.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Brown the sausage.

Press the sausage into the pie pan. Pour the eggs over the sausage. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake until the eggs are almost set, about 45 minutes. Remove from oven.

Sprinkle cheese over top of the eggs and return to oven until the eggs are done and the cheese is melted, about 6 or 7 minutes.
