Country Breakfast Pie

INGREDIENTS:

16 Ounces Sausage
1-1/2 Cups Swiss Cheese, Shredded
1/4 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
1/4 Cup Red Pepper, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Onion, Chopped
4 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
1 Cup Heavy Cream

DIRECTIONS:

Cook sausage until done. Crumble, then drain. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in pie plate. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour in pie plate. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool on rack 10 minutes.
