Breakfast Frittata

INGREDIENTS:

12 Eggs
2 Cups Cream
2 Cups Ground Beef, Cooked And Crumbled
1 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
1/2 Cup Green Onions, Chopped
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated

DIRECTIONS:

Mix eggs with cream. Add cooked meat, green peppers, onions and cheese. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45- 50 minutes until firm.
