Summer Squash Au Gratin

INGREDIENTS:

2 Pounds Summer Squash
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped
1/3 Cup Parmesan

DIRECTIONS:

Cook squash until tender. Drain well. Mix with remaining ingredients and bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
