Garlic And Pepper Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Red Pepper, Cut Into Strips
1/2 Green Pepper, Cut Into Strips
1/2 Yellow Pepper, Cut Into Strips
1 Onion, Sliced And Separated Into Rings
1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat; add oil. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add peppers and onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add mushrooms and stir-fry about 2 minutes more or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
