Carrots In Basil Butter

INGREDIENTS:

4 Carrots
3 Tablespoons Butter
Basil, Crushed

DIRECTIONS:

Trim and scrape carrots. Cut into one-inch pieces. Cook until tender. Drain carrots. Melt butter and crush dried basil into it. Pour over carrots and toss until carrots are coated with the basil butter.
