Chinese Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS:

3 Cups Cooked Chicken, Chopped
1 Cup Celery, Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup Green Onions, Sliced
1 Green Pepper, Finely Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Cup Light Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
Lettuce Leaves Or Salad Greens

DIRECTIONS:

Combine chicken, celery, onion, green pepper, garlic, and ginger. Add enough mayonnaise to make a creamy consistency. Stir in soy sauce until salty enough. Stir in sunflower seeds. Serve on bed of lettuce.
