Caesar Salad

INGREDIENTS:

8 Cups Romaine Lettuce
1/2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 Cloves Garlic, Peeled
3 Anchovies
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
3/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Salt
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Parmesan
1/4 Cup Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Combine remaining ingredients to make dressing. Toss with lettuce and serve.
