Bacon Egg Salad

INGREDIENTS:

6 Eggs, Hard Cooked
6 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 Teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Salt
6 Strips Bacon, Fried And Crumbled

DIRECTIONS:

Fry bacon. Drain and crumble.

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard to make dressing. Chop hard boiled eggs. Add chopped eggs and crumbled bacon to dressing and mix well.
