Sour Cream Coffee Cake


INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cups Flour, Sifted
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Pecans, Finely Chopped
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Powdered Sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Add sour cream, vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured tube pan. Combine pecans, cinnamon, brown sugar. Pour over batter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Pour in rest of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 55- 60 minutes. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
