Taco Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

2 Pounds Ground Beef
1/2 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
2-1/4 Teaspoons Cayenne
1/2 Tablespoon Hungarian Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Green Onion, Finely Diced
2 Eggs
Garlic Powder, To Taste
4 Ounces Colby Cheese, Cut Into Small Cubes

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Beat eggs and mix all ingredients except the cheese together. Mold a tablespoon of meat around a cube of cheese to form a small shaped meatball. Repeat with all meat. Place on edged cookie sheet sprayed with Pam and bake at 425 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until meat is done and cheese has melted.
