Hash Browns Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

3 1/2 Cups Hash Browns
1 Pound Ground Sausage
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
Salt, To Taste
Pepper, To Taste
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Cups Milk
8 Eggs
3 Cups Shredded Cheese
1/2 Can Green Chilies
1 Onion, Chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook and drain sausage. Place hash browns in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix the dry ingredients, add sausage, chiles and onions, and pour over the hash browns. Mix milk, cheese and eggs, pour over the top of the casserole. Bake for 15 minutes at 425; reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes more or until set.
