Easy Tortellini Pesto Soup


INGREDIENTS:

29 Ounces Chicken Broth
9 Ounces Three Cheese Tortellini
2 Plum Tomatoes, Coarsely Chopped
1/3 Cup Pesto Sauce
Parmesan, Grated

DIRECTIONS:

Bring broth to boil. Add pasta; cook 5 minutes, adding tomatoes during last 1 minute of pasta cooking time. Remove from heat. For each 1 cup serving, stir in 1 tablespoon pesto sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
