Raisin Bread

1 Loaf

INGREDIENTS:

10-1/2 Ounces Water, 80 Degrees F.
2 Tablespoons Butter
3-1/3 Cups Bread Flour
2 Tablespoons Dry Milk
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1-1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Active Yeast
3/4 Cup Raisins
1/4 Cup Walnuts, Chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Add liquid ingredients and butter to pan.

Add all dry ingredients, except yeast, raisins and nuts to pan. Level ingredients, pushing some of the mixture into the corners. Add raisins and nuts around the outside edge of pan.

Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add yeast. Lock pan into bread maker.

Program bread machine for sweet bread--1-1/2 pound loaf, light crust setting.
