Fluffy French Toast

INGREDIENTS:

2 Table- + 2 Teaspoons Flour
1-1/2 Teaspoons Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
2/3 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
8 Slices Bread
1 Teaspoon Butter

DIRECTIONS:

Beat flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs and vanilla with hand beater until smooth. Soak bread in egg mixture until saturated.

Heat butter on griddle until melted. Cook bread until golden brown, about 12 minutes on each side.
