Creamed Spinach

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, Pressed
2 Tablespoons Onions, Chopped
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
20 Ounces Frozen Spinach, Cooked And Chopped
3 Teaspoons Parmesan, Grated

DIRECTIONS:

Saute garlic and onions in a saucepan with butter and oil over low heat. Remove from heat. Add soup, flour and pepper. Mix well and heat thoroughly. Add cooked, chopped spinach and grated parmesan. Heat thoroughly and serve.
