Green And Yellow Squash Saute

INGREDIENTS:
1 Medium Zucchini
1 Medium Yellow Squash
1 Medium Onion
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Butter
DIRECTIONS:
Cut squash in 1/4 inch thick slices.
Heat oil and butter in a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Press garlic into pan or add minced garlic and cook stirring, until garlic just starts to brown. Add onion, zucchini and yellow squash; cook, stirring often, until squash is just tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
