Herb Buttered Spaghetti Squash


INGREDIENTS:

1 Medium Spaghetti Squash
1/2 Cup Butter
3 Tablespoons Parsley
1/2 Teaspoon Italian Herb Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Basil
1/4 Teaspoon Marjoram
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Cup Parmesan

DIRECTIONS:

Pierce spaghetti squash several times all over with a fork. Place squash in glass pie plate and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 9 minutes. Turn spaghetti squash over and microwave for another 9 minutes on high. Meanwhile, melt butter in pan. Add parsley, Italian seasoning, basil, marjoram, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to margarine. When squash is done cooking, cut in half lengthwise. Remove and discard seeds. Pull spaghetti-like strands from squash by raking gently with a fork. Toss with herbed butter and serve topped with parmesan cheese.
