Mashed Potato Patties


INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 Cups Leftover Mashed Potatoes
2 Tablespoons Milk
1 Egg
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Dash Pepper
1/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Cooking Oil

DIRECTIONS:

Mash cold potatoes with fork until soft. Add milk. Mix well. Add egg, salt, pepper and floour. Mix well.

Fry in oil until golden brown.
