Giblet Gravy

INGREDIENTS:

Turkey Broth
1/2 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Water
6 Tablespoons Flour
Turkey Giblets, Cooked And Finely Chopped
4 Eggs, Hard Boiled
Salt, To Taste
Pepper, To Taste

DIRECTIONS:

Bring desired amount of broth and butter to a boil in saucepan. Mix cold water and flour in bowl until blended. Add just enough of flour mixture to boiling broth for desired consistency and mix well. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in giblets and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Cook just until heated through, stirring frequently.
