Bacon Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS:
3 Pounds Small Red Potatoes
1-1/2 Stalks Celery, Chopped
1-1/2 Medium Green Peppers, Chopped
1 Small White Onion, Chopped
1 Pound Crisp Bacon, Crumbled
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Cook potatoes with skins on. Cool and cut into bite-sized pieces. Combine potatoes, celery, pepper, onions, and bacon. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Pour over potato mixture. Toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate to chill.
