Macaroni Salad 2

INGREDIENTS:

16 Ounces Macaroni
4 Hard Boiled Egg, Chopped
4 Ounces Pimento Peppers, Drained And Sliced
1/2 Cup Dill Pickles, Chopped
1/2 Cup White Onion, Chopped
1/2 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
"6 Slices American Cheese, Cut In 1/2"" Pieces"
1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Mayonnaise
Salt, To Taste
Black Pepper, To Taste

DIRECTIONS:

Cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling water until tender. Drain.

Blend the vinegar and mayonnaise thoroughly.

Combine noodles, onions, pimentos, pickles, bell peppers, cheese, and eggs in a large bowl. Blend in the mayonnaise mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
