Smoked Sausage Corn Salad

INGREDIENTS:

8 Ounces Smoked Sausage
16 Ounces Frozen Corn, Thawed
1/2 Red Bell Peppers, Chopped
1/4 Cup Green Onions, Chopped
1/4 Cup Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 Teaspoon Hot Red Pepper Sauce
Lettuce Leaves

DIRECTIONS:

Cut sausage lengthwise and saute over medium heat unti lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet, slice into small pieces and let cool. Combine bell pepper. corn, onion and sausage in a medium bowl. Add dressing and hot sauce; mix well to coat. Cover and chill for several hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
