Ranch Taco Pork Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 Pound Boneless Pork, Cut Into Strips
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
16 Ounces Salad Greens
1/4 Cup Green Onion Tops, Chopped
1 Cup Chunky Salsa
8 Ounces Ranch Dressing
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1/2 Cup Tortilla Chips, Crushed

DIRECTIONS:

Cook pork, oil, chili powder and cumin in skillet until cooked through. Toss pork mixture, greens, salsa, green onions, dressing and cheese in large bowl. Top with crushed tortilla chips before serving.
