Italian Herb Bread

1 Loaf

INGREDIENTS:

10 Ounces Water, 80 Degrees F.
2 Tablespoons Butter
3 1/3 Cups Bread Flour
2 Tablespoons Parmesan
2 Tablespoons Dry Milk
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1-1/4 Teaspoons Salt
1-1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Active Yeast

DIRECTIONS:

Add liquid ingredients and butter to pan.

Add all dry ingredients, except yeast, to pan. Level ingredients, pushing some of the mixture into the corners.

Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add yeast. Lock pan into bread maker.

Program bread machine for basic bread--1-1/2 pound loaf, light crust setting.
