Veal Scallopini

INGREDIENTS:

2 Pounds Veal Cubes
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Ounces Canned Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
2 Small Onions, Thinly Sliced
1-1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Clove Garlic
1 Pound Canned Tomatoes

DIRECTIONS:

Roll veal cubes in seasoned flour and fry in hot oil until well browned. Put into crockpot. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir together well. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over fettucini.
