Yankee Boiled Kielbasa

INGREDIENTS:

1 Pound Kielbasa
4 Medium Potatoes
4 Cups Water
2 Teaspoons Bouillon
1 Teaspoon Caraway Seed
1 Cabbage
4 Medium Carrots
1 Bay Leaf
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tablespoon Parsley

DIRECTIONS:

Combine sausage (cut in 8 pieces), potatoes (peeled and quartered), cabbage (cut in wedges), and carrots in Dutch oven. Add water, bay leaf, garlic (minced), and caraway seed. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat. Simmer for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley when done.
