French Bread

1 Loaf

INGREDIENTS:

10-1/2 Ounces Water, 80 Degrees F.
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Tablespoon Peanut Oil
3-1/3 Cups Bread Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1-1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Yeast

DIRECTIONS:

Add liquid ingredients and butter to pan.

Add dry ingredients, except yeast, to pan. Level ingredients, pushing some of the mixture into the corners.

Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add yeast. Lock pan into bread maker.

Program bread machine for basic bread--1-1/2 pound loaf, light crust setting.
