Saucy Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

4 Split Chicken Breasts
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup, (10-3/4 Oz.)
3/4 Cup Apple Juice
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced
Paprika

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange breasts in single layer, meaty side up, in prepared pan.

Bake chicken at 400 for 20 minutes; drain and discard juices. In small bowl, combine soup, apple juice, Worcestershire, onion and garlic; pour over chicken in pan. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Stir mushrooms into sauce in pan; baste chicken with sauce and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes more or until done. (Internal temperature should read 170 degrees when done.)
