Bulgur And Peas


INGREDIENTS:

2-1/4 Cup Hot Water
1 Cup Uncooked Bulgur
1/2 Cup Onion, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Teaspoons Bouillon
1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
10 Ounces Frozen Peas

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients except peas in 2-qt. casserole. Cover tightly; microwave (100%) 12 minutes. Stir in peas. Cover tightly and microwave (100%) until bulgur is tender and water is absorbed, 7-11 minutes longer.
