Herbed Round Steak

2.62 Pounds Bottom Round
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
1 Onion, Sliced
1 Can Condensed Cream Of Celery Soup
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano, Crushed
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme, Crushed
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper


Trim fat from round steak. Cut meat into serving-size portions. In a skillet, brown meat on both sides in hot oil. Place onion in crockery cooker; place meat atop onion. In a small bowl, combine soup, oregano, thyme and pepper. Pour over meat.

Cover; cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours or on High setting for 4 to 5 hours. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
