Double Layer Chocolate Pie

INGREDIENTS:

4 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Tablespoon Milk
1 Tablespoon Sugar
8 Ounces Cool Whip, Thawed And Divided
1 Pie Crust
2 Cups Milk
2 Packages Instant Chocolate Pudding, 4 Serving Size Packages
Cool Whip, Optional

DIRECTIONS:

Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.

Pour 2 cups milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk until well mixed. (Mixture will be thick.) Immediately stir in remaining whipped topping. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
