Nut Tassi Pies (Nut Cups)

INGREDIENTS:

4 Cups Flour
1 Pound Butter
12 Ounces Cream Cheese
6 Eggs
4 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
6 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla
2 Cups Walnuts, Chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together 4 cups flour, 1 pound butter and cream cheese. Roll out like pie crust. Cut with cooke cutter or small drinking glass. Line mini muffin pans with dough.

Combine all filling ingredients with mixer. Fill crusts with mixture and pat 1 teaspoon ground walnuts in each cup.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. (Check bottoms to make sure they’re done.)
