Glazed Peach Creme

INGREDIENTS:

2 Packages Peach Jello
2 Cups Boiling Water
3/4 Cup Cold Water
1 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Can Sliced Peaches

DIRECTIONS:

Dissolve 1 pkg. jello in 1 C. boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened (jello will have consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Dissolve second package jello in remaining boiling water. Add ice cream. Stir until melted and smooth. Pour into serving bowl. Chill 1 hour or until set but not firm. Arrange peaches on jello and ice cream mixture. Top with the clear peach jello.
