Persimmon Pudding 2


INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Persimmon Pulp
2 Eggs, Beaten
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
3/4 Cup Sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together persimmon, eggs, and milk. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. Stir liquids into dry ingredients. Blend well. Add 1-1/2 T. melted margarine. Pour into greased pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
