Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Butter, Softened
1-1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1-3/4 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2-1/2 Cups Oats
12 Ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Walnuts, Chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda and salt, mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-10 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to wire rack.
